The market for customer experience and e-commerce is forecasted as being a larger market than the EMEA Enterprise Solutions market.

With the acquisition of Weaveability, itelligence is enhancing its market position in the UK by significantly strengthening its e-commerce capabilities.

Weaveability, a SAP specialist digital engagement and eCommerce solutions provider with its own IP and recurring revenues, is at the point of strong profitability and revenue lift-off. Weaveability is uniquely a full end-to-end Digital Experience company with a large delivery team covering UX/UI, Hybris (CX), SAP ERP and cloud infrastructures. Weaveability are positioned with everything under one roof, removing the complexity and technical walls across the delivery of complex Digital Experiences.

They operate in SAP’s fastest growing market sector and are important to itelligence’s Customer Experience (CX) growth strategy. Globally, this is the second acquisition in only twelve months for itelligence.

In June 2018, itelligence acquired Sybit GmbH based in Germany. Sybit GmbH is a leading expert in the areas of Customer Relationship Management and e-commerce, and features among Germany’s top 20 digital agencies. Leveraging these recent acquisitions and the CX resources of the NTT Group, itelligence UK can position as a strong player in the CX sector. Globally, itelligence has completed 40 CX projects and has 500+ CX experienced consultants and developers. Last year, itelligence AG also received a coveted SAP Hybris Award in the category ‘EMEA Service Delivery Partner of The Year’.

Weaveability was founded in 2009 and has positioned itself as a key partner in the SAP Digital Engagement and e-commerce environment. Weaveability was originally a customer of itelligence UK with the relationship quickly turning into a strategic partnership.

Weaveability has implemented a number of successful projects with other itelligence customers including; the deployment of B2B Customer Portals to Boughey Distribution and Certsure; a B2B Supplier Portal solution to Malvern Panalytical and hosting/managed services with Indigo Lighthouse. The largest project to date is with Smyths Toys and their European SAP CX (Hybris) roll-out that has strengthened the retailer’s online shopping experience. Smyths Toys with the support of Weaveability has extended their SAP CX (Hybris) platform to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The solution was fully integrated with the latest SAP OmniPOS Solution (GK Software) to present a joined up experience for their European customers. Jointly working on these projects has demonstrated a very close partnership and similar culture across the organisations.

Other recent CX projects completed by itelligence UK include SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud fully integrated to SAP ERP at the high-tech manufacturer, Megger. In the Higher Education sector, De Montfort University is benefiting from multi-channel student engagement with social media monitoring, sentiment analysis and 1-2-1 contextual communications enabled with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud. Another customer, Abaco has also previously implemented an SAP Sales Cloud solution.
