People Team Update.
It has been a busy month within the People Team – this newsletter is a chance for us to update you on some of the activity that has been worked on recently and provide you with other useful information.
E-learning Launch – GO1
We are delighted to announce our partnership with GO1 is live and thank you to those instant responders who have completed the compliance award. Watch this space for the winner of £1,000 selected from the first 100. We are almost there and only a few places remain.
You can access 24/7 via pc, mobile or tablet.
Once compliance is completed, you will get access to the development training opportunities, covering a wide range of topics from personal impact to advanced Excel. We will partner with you on your personal development plan conversations and provide training based on your needs.
Goal pages have been launched within SuccessFactors and are available now for your Line Manager to create your learning and development path. If there are Managers or team leads who do not know how to update goals and add tasks and metrics, training will be available via webinar, an invitation has been sent for the 26th July (The choice of two sessions). We hope you like the new look of the site.
We promised to look at the Performance Review Process as part of the feedback from the employee survey. Performance Reviews will now be due 10 weeks after the anniversary of the month of your start date rather than all performance reviews completed at the same time and will be launched this week. The completion of company goals is mandatory. The completion of competences is optional, provided that the review is not required for promotion purposes, in which case the full document will need to be completed.
Let itelligence pay for your next holiday. We will pay you up to £5,000 per successful appointment for referrals (depending on level of the role). Keep up to date with all our roles and if you know of someone suitable then please upload the details via the referral portal on SuccessFactors. HR Sharepoint (https://docs.itelligence.org/ou/WE/608/SitePages/Home.aspx) has been updated with folders containing the career maps for progression through all levels for consulting and managed services. We hope that these provide you with insight on how you can progress and will be a really useful tool for your development conversations with your line manager.

Ahh! Many congratulations to Colin Hennis who married his beautiful wife, Rachel on 12th June. The photo is from the celebration ceremony in their garden!
It looks like they had a fabulous day and on behalf of us all, we send the newlyweds our best wishes for their future together.
Well done to Alex Huttunen who rode London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation. He said he would do it come rain or shine and that his bike was rusty held together with duct tape, with only two properly functioning gears!!
itelligence donated £100 to the cause and we will continue to support our people and their chosen charities.
itelli Soccer Cup 2019 - Hot of the Press!
The itelligence Soccer Cup 2019 took place on Saturday 29th June and with 19 teams involved this year it was another roaring success.
The UK entered two teams again, and for the first time ever were drawn in the same group, playing each other in the first game. The other teams in a very tough group included the Nordics (last year’s winners), NTT Data UK 1 and NTT Data Munich.
Despite some fine performances and some top notch goals ultimately both UK teams fell a little short of getting to the semi-finals.
The final was a repeat of last year with GISA and Nordics fighting it out to be crowned champions. After a hard fought final draw the Nordic team ran out winners on penalties to retain the trophy they won last year.
